We offer shipping throughout Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions, which will be noted in the product description.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

6. Warranties and Liability
